Application

SURFACE

Backup must be prepare properly before application of veneer stone. Area must be clean, consistend and free of grease. Than penetrate area by surface waterproofer and let dry for 12 hours. Do not apllicate veneer stone to the lime-cast!

PREPARING OF THE VENEER STONE

Veneer stone must be clean on the undersite.

APPLICATION

- We recommend to prepare at least one square meter on the ground, to better see the composition of the stones. 

- Apply the adhesive and make ribs in the glue (6 mm at least). Apply to the maximum area of the one square meter.

- Than you can start to apply the stones. Give the glue to the underside of every piece of stone. If you have external corner, than always start with them. After that you can glue the stones to the rest of the area. 

- Do not forgot to mix stones from different boxes! 

- To size the stones as needed, saw them by diamond disc saw.

FILLING JOINTS

SLANEC - do not make mortar joint
CASTLE WALL - we recommend to make mortar joint
BROKEN ROCK - looks better without moratr joint
ROCK STONE -  we recommend to make mortar joint
RIVER STONE - we recommend to make mortar joint 

CARE FOR VENEER STONE

Outside walls or places with high humidity should be sealed by water-repellent STONESIL.

For cleaning we use sponge, duster, brush (not wire brush).
